Sign up to talk with our Licensed Sports Nutritionist, Carla Rodriguez Dimitrescu, PhD. Carla has a doctorate degree in Nutrition and Metabolism and holds certifications as a Sports Nutritionist (USA) and as a personal trainer specialist (CAN) with numerous specialties within those practices. She has wide-ranging experience in clinical and sports nutrition and is a multi-sport athlete herself. This consult call is a 45 minute video or audio call that includes a nutrition assessment and provision of general recommendations. It could also be used to answer specific questions or discuss additional nutrition services available, in order to determine which Nutrition Package is best for you.
